Commission Duties:
To study Maine Revised Statutes Title 10 §1176 to determine the best manner in which to implement the retail reimbursement provisions for parts and labor for warranty work while protecting the interests of warranty and nonwarranty repair consumers the interests of franchisees in receiving retail rate reimbursements and the interests of franchisors with respect to cost recovery.
