The session will begin with an update from the Department of Health and Human Services regarding MaineCare Interim Payment Recovery and other MECMS issues. Members and staff of the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services may join AFA for this portion of the agenda.

 

 

  

 

 

 Following the DHHS update, AFA members will break for brief partisan caucuses. Following the caucuses, the Committee will review and take action on the 57 bills currently in AFA. These are bills that have been referred to AFA and not bills on the Senate Special Appropriations Table. No date has been set as yet for AFA recommendations on bills on "the table".
