Rep. Brian Langley

District 38

Representative Brian Langley is serving his first term in the Maine House of Representatives representing District 38, which includes Ellsworth, Otis, and Trenton.

Rep. Langley is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and Syracuse University. He is an entrepreneur, chef, and educator, having spent the last 27 years teaching culinary arts at Hancock County Technical Center. Brian also owns the Union River Lobster Pot restaurant in Ellsworth. He is a volunteer at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital; involved with Boy Scout Troop 86; a board member of the First Congregational Church of Ellsworth and treasurer of the American Culinary Federation’s Downeast chapter.

Rep. Langley and his wife of 25 years, Jane Bromley, have two children, David and Sarah.
