Rep. James Hamper

District 100

Representative James M. Hamper is serving his third term in the Maine House of Representatives representing District 100, which includes Mechanic Falls, Otisfield and Oxford.

Rep. Hamper received his Associates Degree from the University of Maine at Augusta in 2001. He is a carpenter with Bartow Construction. He is very active in the community and has served on both the Oxford Budget Committee and the Oxford Planning Board.

Rep. Hamper and his wife, Lynn, are members of the Oxford Advent Christian Church. They have two children.
