Representative Corey S. Wilson
Rep. Corey Wilson represents House District 56, which includes part of Augusta. He is serving his first term in the Legislature. Wilson is a graduate of Lawrence High School in Fairfield and Park University in Parkville, Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor's in Business Management. He is currently pursuing a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) at Southern New Hampshire University.
Rep. Wilson is a combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served two tours of duty in Kuwait and Iraq. He served on active duty for four years, from 2003 to 2007, attaining the rank of Sergeant as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Repairman. Wilson went on to work for the Department of Homeland Security after his service in the Marines.
Rep. Wilson currently works as a realtor in Augusta. He is also a member of the American Legion and a board member of the Augusta Downtown Alliance, where he works to help revitalize Augusta's business district.
