Representative Dianne Tilton
Dianne Tilton is the State Representative for House District 33, which includes Addison, Beals, Cherryfield, Columbia, Columbia Falls, Harrington, Jonesport, Milbridge and Steuben in Washington County. She lives in Harrington with her spouse, Aaron. They have two children.
Rep. Tilton has been chosen to serve on the Marine Resources Committee. She has also been appointed to the newly formed Joint Select Committee on Regulatory Fairness and Reform. Rep. Tilton has served in the 124th Legislature as a member of the Marine Resources Committee and the Joint Select Committee on Maine's Energy Future.
Rep. Tilton is currently the Director of Operations for RHR Smith & Co, a statewide audit and accounting firm headquartered in Buxton. She previously served as Executive Director for the Sunrise County Economic Council and also served as Executive Director of the Machias Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
Rep. Tilton received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Maine. She is also a certified Economic Development professional.
Rep. Tilton has been President of Delta Development Corporation. She has also received the Deborah Morton Award from UNE, F.A.M.E. 'Economic Developer of the Year' Award, MAPA Maine Public Administrator of the Year Award, Maine Biz NEXT List, and an Honorary Associates Degree from WCCC.
Rep. Tilton's District represents School Districts SAD 37, and Moosabec CSD and RSU 24.
