Representative H. David Cotta
Representative David Cotta is serving his third term in the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 55, which includes Albion, part of Benton, China, and Unity Township.
Rep. Cotta completed his undergraduate work at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He served in the U.S. Army for 36 years (active and reserve) as a pilot, reaching the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4th class. He is active in the VFW, the American Legion, and the Sportsmen's Alliance of Maine.
