Percent for Art Subcommittee

The committee is established as a limited duration committee of the Legislative Council to assist the council in choosing Maine artists whose work will be purchased and displayed in the State House.  The committee reviews various proposals by artists for artwork to be commissioned under Maine's Maine Percent for Art program and makes its recommendation to the Legislative Council for its consideration.
