Goal #1 - State’s current and future economic needs • Increase the average wage by 15% those who have been successfully placed. Track by subgroups (immigrants, seasonal, disabled, vets, mature adults, youths, and women)
• Increase labor supply of youth (18-24) by 25%. It is currently 25,000
• Increase by 65% the number of employers fully serviced in high growth (high wages/benefits)
• Decrease the unemployment rate by 35% for all groups with higher than average unemployment rates (returning vets, disabled)

Goal #2 - Career Plan. Lifelong learner. Guidance Counseling. Do not train to stay poor. Have more accessing further education.
• 100% of Career Center staff trained in developing career plans that lead to self-sufficiency.
• 100% of people offered career planning tool(s) that lead to self-sufficiency.

Goal #3 – Analyze the effectiveness of DOL programs toward long-term goals. • Increase the number of employers satisfied with the skillset of employees placed with them to 87%. There is currently no data for rehab.
• Increase the number of job seekers satisfied with the services at the Career Center to 87%.
