Division of Administrative Hearings

 Click on the link below to file an unemployment appeal on the Internet.  

To process your appeal you will need the deputy's decision that is being appealed.  That form has the following information:

1.    deputy's decision number
2.    claimant's Social Security Number
3.    benefit year ending (bye)

FILE AN APPEAL

  • You may get a Security Warning "Do you want to install and run 'Citrix ICA 32-bit Windows Client'" Click YES (This software is safe and will not harm your PC). You'll get a confirmation message (asking if you're sure you want to install). Click YES. Click YES on the License Agreement.
  • Click OK if you get a message that Setup Completed Successfully.

In the event the Appeal Application Form does not work you will need to download a 128-bit browser.

If you receive a gray screen with no progress, you may need to update your Java. Please visit the Java site and click on Free Java Download

In the event that you are unclear whether your appeal got filed correctly, please contact the Division of Administrative Hearings through the following methods.
