AUGUSTA ? Recruiting tomorrow?s Correctional Leaders. Everyone wants to make a difference, now you can!

Attend one of the Maine Department of Corrections Career Development Events. Members of Adult and Juvenile Community Corrections will be on hand to speak about career development in the field of Adult and Juvenile Probation.

  • Overview of the successful Probation Officer or Juvenile Community Corrections Officer
  • Application tips/resume critique
  • How to prepare for the interview
  • Career Progression within the Department of Corrections

Events take place 3:30 ? 6:30 p.m. at the following locations:

July 18, 2013: Washington County Community College, Calais

July 22, 2013: Mountain View Youth Development Center, Charleston

July 23, 2013: Maine State Prison, Warren

July 24, 2013: Maine Correctional Center, Windham

Representatives from the Adult and Juvenile Correctional Facilities will also be available to speak about the diverse career opportunities the Department of Corrections has to offer.
