Syndetics Corrections
How to report incorrect image covers or "More About This Item" info:
Minerva uses a company called Syndetics to provide supplementary info about holdings in our collection, including cover images, summaries, and reviews. The matching between bib records and Syndetics content is based on ISBN. If you find something with incorrect Syndetics content matched to a bib record, please contact Kathleen Cunningham (Kathleen.Cunningham@bowker.com) at Syndetics. Be sure to include the ISBN. They usually can resolve the issue within a week, sometimes much quicker.
It is possible to add cover art for records which are not included in the Syndetics database (such as for small press items). To do so, send cover scan (.gif or .jpg format) to Syndetics. The file must be named by ISBN: e.g. 0123456789.jpg or 9780123456784.gif. The image should be the front cover only and cropped tight to the sides of the product. Images should be scanned at a resolution of 300 dpi and must be no smaller than 400 pixels wide. If submitting more than ten images at a time, they should be mailed on a CD-ROM to:
