The Manual

If you have worked with computers for any length of time, you have heard someone advise, "It is all in the manual... somewhere." The Innovative software manuals, which are available only in electronic form, are available at:http://130.111.64.52/manual

It is essential that library staff familiarize themselves with use of the manual. Though there are a few omissions, and indexing is a bit variable, for the most part the coverage is pretty comprehensive.

CS Direct

Additional information is available on the CSDirect web site: http://csdirect.iii.com . Here you will find notes on new releases of software, Frequently Asked Questions documents focusing on topics of high general interest, Power Point slides illustrating specific components of the software suite used by libraries, tutorials and downloadable software.
