SGCN Peer Review Comments and Responses

MDIFW solicited feedback on the SGCN designation process and species rankings from expert reviewers and conservation partners beginning in July 2014.  MDIFW’s responses to comments are provided below.  The Department will still accept additional feedback on these topics; however, we are shifting our focus to other components of the plan and will respond to additional SGCN comments following the formal public review period during summer 2015.  Please direct any questions or comments to mainewildlifeactionplan@gmail.com.
