Project Wild Workshops at Adventure Bound
Adventure Bound is proud to host Project WILD, for the benefit of our staff, our guests, and an improved understanding of the world we recreate in. This workshop is but one example of the commitment our staff is making to better serve the people we share our natural resources with. If you are unable to join us for the workshop, join us for an unforgettable experience in the Upper Kennebec River Valley and Western Mountains of Maine.

Project wild is one of the most widely-used conservation and environmnetal eduacation programs among educators of students in Kindergarten through High School. The program emphasizes wildlife because of the intrinsic, ecological value, as well as their role in teaching ecosystem function. In the face of competing needs and pressures affecting the quality and sustainability of life on earth, Project WILD addresses the need for human beings to develop as responsible citizens of our planet. It is based on the premise that young people and educators have a vital interest in learning about our natural world. |
Can't make the workshop? No Problem. Our guides will bring you up to speed.
