About Us

The Division of Financial and Personnel Services is established to provide consolidated administrative, financial and personnel management services for the Department of Administrative and Financial Services.  The Division is authorized to provide administrative and financial management support and services to all bureaus of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, the Governor's Office, Blaine House, Department of Economic and Community Development, State Planning Office, and State Board of Property Review. 

The technical assistance and support provided to the Division's customers includes accounting, auditing and budgetary functions and labor relations personnel functions.
