Annual Report

Every registered lobbyist and client must file a joint annual report, which summarizes compensation, expenses, and lobbying activities for the lobbying year (December 1 to November 30). The annual report is due December 30 (thirty days after the end of the lobbying year). Failure to file the annual report on time will result in the assessment of a penalty of $200 for every month that the report is late.
