Note: On April 6, 2007, the Commission completed a rule-making process to amend its rules. The amendments to Chapter 1 and Chapter 3 were finally adopted and are reflected in the rules available on this page. There were no changes to Chapter 2 of the Commission's rules in this rule-making.
