There is no limitation on the amount of money a contributor may give
to a political action committee, ballot question committee or a party committee.
Contributions made to a particular candidate which are earmarked or
directed through an intermediary such as a PAC or party committee are
considered contributions to the candidate, and are subject to the relevant
contribution limit.
