IEP Interagency Transition Planning Committee

The IEP Interagency Transition Planning Committee was formed in December of 2005 to provide guidance to parents and state agencies as to services needed and provided as children approach graduation and find themselves in the world of work and education. The committee has developed guidance documentation and descriptions of available services that provide parents and students with tools that support the development of successful transition plans.
