The Maine Department of Education (MDOE) and Measured Progress are seeking Middle and High School Educators to serve on two Reading Bias Review Committees for Maine’s Alternate Assessment (PAAP). Previous experience with the PAAP is not required.
The first meeting will be held on February 28th from 12-4 via webinar and the second meeting on May 2nd at the Burton Cross Office Building in Augusta for a full day session. Preference will be given to those educators who can attend/participate in both sessions.
The committees will be comprised of at least 4 reading teachers (2 each from middle and high school) and 4 special educators (2 each from middle and high school).
