Non-Profit Gaming Licenses

This section is responsible for licensing the nonprofit organizations for BEANO and other games of chance. The Unit is responsible for doing the prelicensing inspections as well as inspecting the games in progress for compliance. The Unit monitors the gaming at the Agricultural Fairs as well as investigates reports of illegal gambling in Maine.
