PUBLIC NOTICE
AGENCY LIQUOR STORE SELECTIONS
In accordance with Title 28-A M.R.S.A. § 453-A sub-§ 5-A and § 82 sub-§ 5, the Department of Public Safety, Liquor Licensing, will be conducting public hearings on applications received to establish or replace existing agency liquor licenses in the following areas:
Amherst, Arundel, Brewer, Brunswick, Fryeburg, Gorham, Jefferson, Norridgewock, Old Orchard Beach, Orland, Parkman, Poland,
Waldoboro, Wilton, Yarmouth
The hearings will be conducted by a hearings officer and be held at the Department of Public Safety Building, Central Maine Commerce Center, 45 Commerce Drive, Augusta, Maine, April 9, 2013 at 9:00 AM in the Fallen Heroes Conference Room. Applicants may present evidence and argument in support of their application. The public, including any applicant, will be permitted to present evidence and argument for or against any application. Any person showing that he or she is or may be a member of a class which is or may be substantially and directly affected by the proceeding may file a formal application for intervention in accordance with 5 M.R.S.A. § 9054 on or before April 2, 2013, to the attention of the Department of Public Safety, Liquor Licensing, 164 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333.
