Interpretation Form (to receive an informal and non-binding response)

Decision Tree - this form is used by the Building Codes Board whenever they are presented with a conflict between NFPA 101 and the ICC Codes and was largely responsible in assisting the Board throughout the adoption process of the codes.

Conflict Resolution Form - this form is used to identify a conflict between the NFPA 101 Fire/Life Safety Codes and the Maine Building Codes.
