Performance of Early Intervention Services
The Part C regulations act 34 CFR ยง303.702(b) requires each state to report annually to the public on the performance of each Early Intervention Service (EIS) program located in the state on the targets in the state's state performance plan, "as soon as practicable but no later than 120 days" following the state's APR submission.
Performance of Local Educational Agencies
Section 616(b)(2)(C)(ii)(I) of IDEA requires each state to report annually to the public on the performance of each local educational agency located in the state on the targets in the state's state performance plan.
