Maine Shellfish Dealers with Wet Storage or Bulk Tagging Permits

Wet Storage Permits

Dealers who choose to practice wet storage in artificial bodies of water, or in near shore waters, shall apply for an annual permit; in accordance with DMR Regulations 15.32 to 15.35.

Bulk Tagging Permits

Dealers who choose to receive bulk shellfish (mussels, quahogs, surf clams or oysters) must hold a bulk tagging permit, in accordance with DMR Regulation 15.19.

All bulk tagging plans expire on May 31, 2009, unless otherwise noted. Harvesters included on dealer bulk tagging plans are listed under the dealer's name.
