Field Trips and Reservations
Plan a field trip to the Maine State Aquarium in West Boothbay Harbor! All Maine public, private and home schools are admitted for free, based on group size (contact us for details).

- Place your reservation by calling 633-9674, or sending e-mail to
, or visiting our online reservation calendar. Reservations must be made 14 days in advance of visit.
- Free Admission - Only applies to in-session school groups during the school year. It does not apply during the summer months from June 28th to August 31st. Homeschools must have proof of recognition, either by the state education board, or another educational or homeschool support group. If they are an unrecognized homeschool, they will not qualify for free admissions.
Additionally, school groups will receive 1 free teacher admission for every 5 students, not to exceed 10 free adults per group. Homeschools will receive 1 free adult per group and must have 5 or more students.
