Other: The fishing season runs from mid-May through September. All tackle and bait will be provided. The boat is conveniently located at Arundel Wharf in beautiful downtown Kennebunkport, Maine. While we do encourage catch and release so that others may experience the thrill and joy of catching a really big striper, if you wish to keep your catch we will gladly fillet and package it for you. The boat is a 23 foot Edgwater; a large high sided, center console that is powered with a 200 hp Yamaha outboard. The boat is also equipped with an enclosed private head (bathroom). On many trips, we find time to check Capt. Steve's lobster traps, which is always a fun time seeing what the ocean can give up as well as getting a chance to see firsthand how the lobster fishing industry works. From measuring and banding them, to putting them in the live well for the trip back to the dock, it is always a fun and memorable experience.

Depending on the offshore conditions we may be fishing for tuna, shark, cod, haddock and a variety of other species. Children of any age are always welcome on any trip. However, we also offer trips SPECIFICALLY for children where we can go see some wild seals, we can pull lobster traps and take several pictures or video, we can tour and cruise around, and of course we can catch fish. These childrens trips are based on the "play it by ear" concept, where you can choose how long we stay out on the water, and how long we do a certain activity. Capt Greg holds a USCG Captians License and is a registered Maine Guide. We will be fishing on a 19 ft Mako center console with 150 hp Mercury Verado outboard. The boat is equipped with GPS chart plotter, sonar, VHF, and Sirius radio for your safety and comfort.
