Conservation Area
Warden David Webber reported that the majority of clams in the Rt. 103 Conservation Area seeded in 2004 have reached legal size. He recommended that the Committee consider lifting the conservation closure. The Committee approved his recommendation.
Conservation Project
Warden Webber announced that the York River Cleanup Day will take place on November 18th. Participants will be allowed to purchase recreational licenses at the town dock (one day prior to the regular sale date). In addition, commemorative tee-shirts will be given to each individual who retrieves a bag of trash.
