Wells Shellfish Committee Meeting

The Committee discussed the following ordinance amendments with Town Attorney Leah Rachin: 1) create a senior recreational license category, 2) reduce the period of issuance to 10 days with a license sales date of December 12th and 3) reduce the Committee membership from seven to five members. Attorney Rachin stated that she will put together the necessary ordinance language and distribute it to the Committee for final review before submitting it to the DMR for approval.
