Eligibility

You may get free services if:

• You are a Maine woman, age 50* or older, and
• You have no health insurance, OR
  You have limited health insurance (does not cover mammograms or Pap tests or has a high deductible), and
• You meet these income guidelines:

1		$26,000
2		$35,000
3		$44,000
4		$53,000
5		$62,000
6		$71,000
7		$80,000
8		$89,000
9		$98,000
Each Additional Person		add $9,000

*Limited openings are available for women age 40-49 with priority given to symptomatic or high risk women.

Medicare Part B or MaineCare

Women with Medicare Part B or MaineCare are not eligible. Mammograms and Pap tests are covered under these programs.
