This 3 day program will provide instruction on the required elements of a Performance Based Training system which results in employee skill development. Trainees will learn how to develop measurable learning objectives, how to plan the curriculum tailored to these objectives, assess trainee progress in meeting objectives and deliver curriculum, focusing on the skills that engage the audience and reinforce retention of content. Participants in these sessions will develop and deliver a work related curriculum receiving feedback on skill attainment. As a result of this series of sessions, trainees will be able to: o Develop curriculum aligned with learning objectives o Assess trainee progress through evaluation of both knowledge and skill o Deliver trainings in a learner centered and participatory manner o Collect, analyze and report data on training effectiveness
