| Details: | Enrollment is done by Referral from Human Resources to the Staff Education & Training Unit. You are not able to register for this training directly. New supervisors will be notified of the dates of the program by email upon SETU's notification of your promotion/hire. This two day program is designed for new supervisors within the Department of Health and Human Services. The program will cover policies and procedures that are unique to supervisors within Maine State Government. Pre-Work-Online DHHS Policy Training: SETU will email you the links to the required online training programs, completion expected prior to Day 1 of in person training In person training: Day 1- Hiring Process, Performance Management & Progressive Discipline Day 2- Workers' Comp, Family Medical Leave & Policy Review |
