Abraham Lincoln once said, "I don't like that man very much. I must get to know him better."

Establishing and maintaining relationships at work involves two very important insights: knowing yourself and understanding others. In this class, we will work with the 16 personality types as defined by Myers-Briggs and explore interpersonal needs as relates to our own and others. Based on personality theory we will look at the interpersonal needs of ourselves and others based upon the 3 elements of inclusion, influence, and connection. As a result of these insights, we learn ways to communicate that respect ourselves and others. Small take away assignments between sessions help to apply the content in our work environments.
