This training program can be delivered as a one day training or as a two day presentation. It is designed to lead participants to an understanding of the personality types defined by Katherine Briggs and Isabel Briggs-Myers and the impact differences have in human interaction in the workplace and other settings. Participants will gain insight into their process for perceiving or gathering information, making decisions, and evaluating or coming to conclusion about the world around them. The program will be delivered using a variety of methods including individual and small group activities, lecture, reading and discussion. The two day presentation covers the Keirsey Temperaments as well as the personality types.
This program needs a minimun of 15 participants and is particularly well suited to intact worK groups.
