Mandatory Reporting Statute (When and How to Report Child Abuse and Neglect)

Intended Audience: All Staff and Agency Personnel

This program has been designed for mandated reporters under the Child Protective Services Act. Topics covered will include requirements of the law; how to spot evidence of abuse, neglect, or exploitation; how to make a report; and what happens after a report is filed. This training is team taught by child protective staff.
