This is a basic three-day program for supervisors and is designed for all supervisors and managers as well as those who are interested in management roles in the future. Participants examine the role of supervisor and the "hands-on" skills which supervisors need to do their jobs well. The program incorporates the experience and knowledge of the participants, focusing on the supervisory cycle of planning, communication, leading, developing and evaluating. This is the only supervisory program available to non-supervisory staff.
