Intended Audience: DHHS Employees Only
This session is geared toward those who have 15 or more years of service or those who are age 50 or older. In addition to providing you with an overview of your Maine Public Employees Retirement System and State employee benefits, this session provides detail about how your retirement benefit will be calculated, how life insurance, health insurance and other Employer-sponsored benefits work in retirement along with information about the retirement process itself. This is a two hour long session with both the Retirement System and the State Employee Health and Benefits office presenting.
