Incidence of Prohibited Behavior Data

The Maine Safe and Drug-Free Schools Incidence of Prohibited Behavior Data Collection System was a partnership between Maine's Department of Health and Human Services Office of Substance Abuse (OSA), the Maine Department of Education (DOE), and Research Triangle Institute (RTI).

On this page you will find links to the annual Incidence of Prohibited Behavior and Drug and Violence Prevention Reports that were published by the Maine Office of Substance Abuse. The reports provided an annual compilation of the incident data that was submitted by schools to the online data collection system and prevention program information that was submitted to the Maine Safe & Drug-Free Schools Program via the Elementary & Secondary Education Act online application process.
