Performance Based Prevention System
PBPS / KIT

The KIT Performance Based Prevention System (PBPS) is a database tracking software package, which is based on the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention’s (CSAP) Minimum Data Set (MDS), a nationally recognized standard. MDS is a collection of standard data elements developed by CSAP to enable states, substance abuse agencies, community-based service providers, and others to quantify and compare the number and type of primary prevention and early intervention services delivered. The use of these standards provides a consistent and comprehensive basis to collect and analyze data. This system is created and maintained by Knowledge Integrated Technology Solutions.
If you have any technical problems using the online KIT  system such as lost information, unresponsive reports, system freeze or lost passwords contact the KIT Help Desk at 888-600-4777
