MHRT/C Redesign Initiative - The DHHS Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (DHHS/SAMHS) and the Muskie School of Public Service have begun a new initiative to review and redesign the Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) certification program. The goal of this initiative is to ensure that this training and certification program for community integration workers reflects best and emerging practice in the behavioral health field and promotes access to all qualified people who want to enter this workforce.
