Riverview Psychiatric CenterMessage from the Superintendent (September 20, 2006)"Good, better, best; never let it rest till your good is better and your better is best." - Anon. - Just a note to share with all of you on the improving safety record of the hospital. Over the last five months our lost time injuries have really dropped off dramatically. Our use of restrictive treatments, (seclusion and restraint) are also falling considerably. Your efforts and good work is creating a safer care environment for everyone! Keep up your good work! Reportable (Lost Time & Medical) Direct Care Staff Injuries Per 1000 Patient Days April 2006 - 4.12% May 2006 - 2.17% June 2006 - 1.50% July 2006 - 1.46% August 2006 - 0.81%
Thanks to all of you, David S. Proffitt |
