Riverview Psychiatric CenterLeadership team Phone: 207-624-3917 Responsibilities: To develop, coordinate and monitor safety plans and evaluate employee and client practices which may compromise safety. Robert J. Patnaude was appointed Safety Officer in December 2003. He is a member of Executive Leadership, and the Committees comprising Safety, EOC, Risk Management, NAPPI, Managers, and Security. Prior to joining AMHI/Riverview, Patnaude, who holds numerous certifications in areas of fire and life safety, security, and emergency response, was employed by Homeland Security. Prior to that, he has spent nearly (30) years encompassing work as a Firefighter/Paramedic and Public Education Officer with the City of Augusta, a police officer, an emergency manager, rescue diver, school teacher, and consultant.

A Licensed Registered Radiologic Technologists, from Augusta General Hospital of Rad Technology, Terry also holds a B.S. in Health Care Administration from St. Josephs College and Certificate in Practice Management from the American College of Medical Staff Development. Terry has 37 years of Management experience in managing a large Radiology Department and a Family Practice Residency Program. This included, budgets, human resource management, along with day to day operations
Phone: 624-3916 Angie graduated in 2004 from the University of Maine at Augusta with a Bachelors Degree in Mental Health and Human Services. She started her career as a Mental Health Worker and worked at the Augusta Mental Health Institute for 14 years. She left State service to pursue her education and gain knowledge in the community. Angie returned to State Service at Riverview in 2005 to work in the Staff Development Office. She became the Director of Staff Development in April 2006. Angie is also Regional Faculty for the American Heart Association and has been training for over 25 years.
Phone: 624-4610 Holly is responsible for integrating peer support into all aspects of client care to ensure client voice is heard. Holly has been at Riverview Psychiatric since 2004, first as a member of the social services department and in 2005, Amistad's Peer Support program within the facility. Holly is responsible for supervising peers working within the facility, the Assertive Community Treatment team, and recovery classes. Prior to coming to Riverview, Holly worked in children's mental health services for 9 years in various capacities and is currently a school-based clinician in an elementary school part time. Holly received a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maine at Orono. She has made presentations on peer support, recovery, and consumer perspective at several conferences and universities within the state of Maine as well as nationally.
Phone: 624-3919 Stephanie received her Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitative Psychology and Studio Fine Arts from Emmanuel College and her Master of Social Work Degree from Simmons College in 1996. She worked for eight years in Boston in the community mental health field as a Director of a wide range of supported housing options for individuals facing homelessness and chronic mental health issues. From 2000 to 2006 Stephanie was the Director of Residential and Children’s Services at a non-profit organization in Brunswick serving adults and children with developmental disabilities, Autism and mental health issues in the areas of community residential services, day habilitation services, and case management. Stephanie joined Riverview Psychiatric Center in 2006 as the Director of the Social Services Department. |
