Human Rights Committee

The fundamental mission of the RPC HRC is the review of practices that impact , or potentially impact, the civil liberties and personal rights of those served; to review, investigate, and seek resolution to client grievances; to make recommendations to the Treatment Programs, Executive Leadership Committee, and the Superintendent.
