We are pleased to submit for the Committee’s review the Department of Health and Human Services annual financial report as required under 34-B, MRSA Section 1208, subsection 5. The report includes community-based agencies that have contracted with the Department to provide services in fiscal year 2005.
In preparing this report, we attempt to format the information in such a way as to make the information as meaningful as possible. The funding for community-based services is identified by program area, by category of service, and by Region.
We hope that this report will serve as a useful reference tool as we jointly determine future funding priorities.
