Partnership for a Drug-Free MaineThe Partnership for a Drug-Free Maine, was an alliance between the Maine Office of Substance Abuse and the Partnership for a Drug-Free America (PDFA), between Spring 2003 and Fall 2004. PDFA is a national organization whose sole purpose is to work with the media to prevent substance abuse. Twice a year the partnership distributes public service announcements to Maine television and radio stations. The ads are designed to appeal to a wide range of audiences, and are all tagged with local contact information. Each PSA is chosen from among a variety of ads available from the National Partnership to ensure that all the ads are appropriate for our Maine citizens.
