Drugs & Alcohol Prevention

The Prevention Team works “To prevent and reduce substance abuse and related problems by providing leadership, education and support to communities and institutions throughout Maine.”
Initiatives include the Higher Education Alcohol Prevention Partnership, Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities, media campaigns, and other efforts to create “a public untouched by substance abuse”.
