Notice to Employers:
If you have an employee who has violated Federal DOT regulations (49CFR Part 40) and is in need of a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), the providers listed below report that they have met the qualifications of the DOT regulations. In order to qualify as a SAP, providers must meet training and testing requirements outlined by DOT.
This list is not all-inclusive. You will need to verify that the provider you work with has met the DOT requirements.
If you have any questions regarding these services, please direct them to your designated employer representative (DER).
