Direct Date Entry (DDE) Claim Submission Issue, Edit 502, TR 36416

When submitting Direct Date Entry (DDE) claims, if duplicate data is entered, the Health PAS Online Portal will post Edit ‘502 duplicate claim’ when the claim is adjudicated. After correcting the incorrect data, edit 502 should disappear, but it remains on the claim and the claim denies incorrectly as a duplicate.
