School Based Services Audit Checklist

An “Audit Checklist” for schools is now available. The checklist identifies the most common errors in providers’ records and should be used for guidance. The checklists identify a number of documentation requirements of MaineCare Benefits Manual Chapter II, Sections 28 and 65 but it is not a comprehensive list of requirements and you should continue to review and comply with the MaineCare Benefits Manual Section 28 or 65 as applicable.
